Our Journey
The National Latino Peace Officers Association (NLPOA) was established in the 1970s to address the need for better representation and professionalism within law enforcement. With chapters nationwide, our mission is to foster equality, provide career training, and advocate for fair treatment within the criminal justice system. We are committed to mentorship, community service, and developing future leaders within the Latino community. Our programs aim to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the communities we serve, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued. Join us in our commitment to make a difference.
